Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by SafetyVideoShop.com.au within 10 days of your delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Shipping Charges:
  • Your refund will be the equivalent of the purchase price shown on the website less a $10 flat shipping fee per item.
  • We'll pay all shipping costs and waive the above fee if the return is a result of our original error or a faulty item (see below).
You should expect to receive your refund cheque within 2 weeks of your shipping day however in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly than this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the return postage of your cheque (3 business days).

If you would prefer to receive your refund more quickly via direct bank transfer, simply include with the returned products your bank's BSB number, account number and the account name details for us to immediately complete the transfer.

We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and assessed your returned item.

If you received a faulty item:
Please send the item back to us and if it is indeed faulty, we will give you the option to receive an equivalent exchange or a full refund. Send us the receipt for your return shipping and we will pay this also.

Sorry, but you must understand that refunds cannot be given if:
  • You return your purchase after 10 days from the date you took delivery.
  • Any CD or DVD that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap OR if it is not originally wrapped in plastic (some lines aren't), the original box seal is broken. (However if you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.


Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made by our preferred Carrier (generally Australia Post - Express Post) to the address stipulated in your order. The standard delivery fee is $10 including GST within Australia regardless of the number of items purchased.

Generally speaking, if you are in a metropolitan area of Australia, you should receive your order within 2-5 working days, but no guarantee is made to this effect. However we will always strive to get your order to you in the timeliest manner possible.

You may nominate your own Carrier, costs for which are your responsibility.

If we are not able to deliver your Products within 7 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by either phone or by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery. Costs for re-delivery are your responsibility.

We are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address or delivery date has been given due to customer error.

We may deliver the Products in instalments if the Products are not available at the same time for delivery. You will be immediately notified to this effect.
